168 Hours
/A couple of weeks ago, a co-worker and I were talking about how overwhelmed and over-stretched we felt. It's an exciting time at work; we're expanding which means everyone has twice as much work as usual. What we normally squeeze into 70-hour work week is now enough to fill two full weeks. I took last week off for medical reasons but I still managed to get some work done. So while browsing Barnes and Noble, I came across a book "I Know How She Does It" by Laura Vanderkam.
While I haven't really had a chance to read more than a couple of pages, but already it has my wheels turning. There's 168-hours in a week, how do you fill your time? Over the next couple of weeks I plan to do my best to log all 168-hours in a week and then I'll write up a blog entry all about it.
Feel free to join me or follow along as I try to clear figure out what can cut from my daily life so I'll have more time to do the things I love with the people I love. Join me here, Twitter (Rae_Goldman) or on Instagram/Facebook (insolenceandwine) Lets change our lives together!

There are so many usable hours in any given week. After my first attempt at logging the hours of my week, I had goals that I wanted to reach, tweaking a few things here and there. Here's how those changes went.
